This essay is about the well-known post-modernist American writer Paul Auster and an analysis of his novel Moon Palace (1989). First, I will do an introduction about the author’s life, some of his main famous writings, and a summary of the novel I’m going to talk about. There will be at least two quotes from the author: one of them related to himself, which describes his personality; the other quote, has to do with the work. As a conclusion, I will introduce my point of view, considered as an analysis, related to the author’s novel Moon Palace.
